How is your SuccessFactors solution?

Implementations are hard work. Many clients go into a project with no idea what is in store over the months from kick off to go live.  Many have their "day job" to manage as well. It is a lot.

The only thing harder than implementation is that often times, clients are so focused on the implementation, that no one tells them about the work to maintain and evolve their solution.

I love to hear about projects, past and present, lessons learned and pain points so I can be sure to address any gaps for clients in future projects.
